The Vandalia Vandals got back into the win column on Tuesday night, knocking off the Hamilton County Foxes 77-61 on Tuesday night. The Vandals jumped out to a 17-3 lead, before Hamilton County ended the quarter on a 9-5 run to close out the first quarter 22-12. Vandalia would continue their hot shooting in the second quarter, outscoring the Foxes 20-17 to take a 42-29 lead at halftime. Hamilton County would battle back in the third quarter, going on a 17-12 run, but the Vandals would enter the fourth quarter with a 55-46 advantage. The fourth quarter would be all Vandalia, as they would go on a 22-15 run, to come away with the 77-61 win. The win improves the Vandals to 10-9 on the season. Vandalia will be back at home on Saturday for a rematch with the Flora Wolves.
