Vandalia girls basketball took a trip to a former South Central Conference foe on Tuesday and was handed a 66-31 loss at Roxana. The two teams have kept up yearly meetings since the Shells left the conference back in 2021 with the exception being the very first year Roxana was gone from the SCC. Tuesday night’s loss drop the Lady Vandals to 2-5 on the season but they will be back home on Thursday when they return to conference action, hosting Carlinville.
