Our Pro Wire Athletes of the Week for the week of December 7 are SEB’s Graidon Wilhour, BSE’s Dayana Haslett, Vandalia’s Carter Robbins and Ramsey-Mulberry Grove’s Anna Benhoff.

St. Elmo-Brownstown junior guard Graidon Wilhour continued his strong and steady start to the season leading the Eagles in scoring in all three games this week, averaging just over 19 points per game and just over four assists and rebounds a game for the week that saw SEB go 2-1.

Brownstown-St. Elmo junior guard Dayana Haslett had a strong week for the Lady Bombers, averaging 23 points per game with totals of 21 and 25 points in the Lady Bombers wins over Dieterich and Webber that put BSE at 8-1 on the season.

Vandalia senior Carter Robbins had a breakout game offensively Saturday night, helping the Vandals get a 74-64 win over Macon Meridian in their home opener. Robbins put up 26 points in the win.

Ramsey-Mulberry Grove freshman Anna Benhoff is off to a quick start to her high school career and on Saturday put up 17 points and 9 rebounds in a tough loss against Shelbyville. Benhoff is averaging just over 13 points and 9 rebounds a game for Ramsey-Mulberry Grove through their first six games.
