Dieterich In Semifinal Action Tonight at Cumberland Boys Thanksgiving Tournament

The Dieterich Movin’ Maroons return to action tonight for their second game of the season, playing in the second semifinal game of the Cumberland Boys Thanksgiving Tournament. Dieterich, the #6 seed, beat #3 Marshall 41-39 with an exciting last second three-pointer to move themselves into the semifinals. They will face #2 North Clay, who beat Vandalia 60-48 to move into the semifinals, at 7:30pm in the last of four games to be played this afternoon and evening. The winner of the semifinal game will move on to the Championship game while the losing team will go to the Third Place game with the other semifinal between #1 Casey-Westfield and #5 Cumberland determining Saturday’s opponents.
