Ramsey-Mulberry Grove girls basketball came up short in their first road game of the season, falling to Macon Meridian 42-31 on Thursday night. The Lady Rams had a strong game on the boards as four players had five or more rebounds in the game. Senior Daisy Allen had a nice defensive effort with five blocks and freshman Anna Benhoff finished with a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. The Lady Rams are 1-1 on the season and will be back in action on Tuesday when they begin play in the CHGC Girls Thanksgiving Tournament, taking on Dieterich at 4:00pm at Cowden-Herrick High School.
