Vandalia senior Jack Lewis and Ramsey senior Bryce Gillock are set to compete in the IHSA 1A Teutopolis today being held at the Effingham Country Club. Lewis and Gillock are both qualifying individual advancers from the Carlyle Regional. Both boys will have later tee times for the round as Gillock will be in a trio of golfers from Newton and OPH teeing off at 10:57am from the first hole while Lewis will be in a trio as well with golfers from Edwards County and DuQuoin teeing off at 11:15am from the first hole. The top 10 scoring individual golfers not on an advancing team will move on to the 1A State Tournament to held this Friday and Saturday at Prairie Vista Golf Course in Bloomington.
