Mulberry Grove got a little revenge over Ramsey on Thursday night as the Lady Aces beat the Lady Rams in two sets, 25-19, 25-22. Just three weeks ago, Ramsey was a winner over the Aces at Mulberry Grove with the visiting team winning in this matchup as well as the Lady Rams were the hosts. Mulberry Grove was able to jump out to a 6-point lead early and held that lead to get the first set win. Ramsey fought back in the second set but the Aces hitting attack was too strong as Mulberry closed out the second set win as well. Mulberry Grove moves to 4-4 on the season while Ramsey drops to 5-8 on the season. The Aces will be back in action today as they host Martinsville in Egyptian Illini Conference action while Ramsey will in action tonight at Sandoval.
