CHBC volleyball picked up its third win of the season and its second National Trail Conference win as they outlasted North Clay in a three set battle 17-25, 25-23, 29-27 on Thursday night. The Lady Bobcats saw season highs out of several players in the win including as 12-kill night from Allison Sheilds, 19 digs for Ethel Stuckemeyer, and 21 assists from Gracie Wright. CHBC will carry their momentum from the conference win into tournament play on Saturday as they compete in the Vandalia Tournament with pool play games set for 9:00am against Salem, 12:00pm against Carlyle and will then have a rematch against North Clay at 1:00pm to wrap up pool play. CHBC heads into the tournament with a record of 3-9 and they stand at 2-2 in the NTC.
