Brownstown-St. Elmo baseball suffered their first National Trail Conference loss of the season on Tuesday, falling to St. Anthony at home, 9-0. The Bulldogs put up two runs in the first inning for the early lead that they would keep as the Bombers were held to just four hits in the game. The loss drops BSE back to the .500 marl on the season at 3-3 and they are now 2-1 in the NTC. The Bombers will have a couple days off now before returning to NTC action on Friday at Altamont with game time set for 4:00pm.
