South Central volleyball dropped their opening game of National Trail Conference play on Thursday night, falling at St Anthony in two sets 12-25, 19-25. With the loss, South Central goes 1-1 in their first week of the season and starts NTC play at 0-1. They will be back in action this weekend as they play in the New Athens Tournament.
In JV action, South Central lost in 3 sets – 25-19, 14-25, 12-25 and the Fresh-Soph team won in 2 – 25-11, 25-23.
