The Altamont Community got the chance to meet five new coaches last night with a meet and greet hosted at ACHS. The coaches hired were JD Arnold for baseball, Eric Morales for Soccer, Jess Polk for Cheer, Holly Borah for Varsity Girls Basketball, and Sidney Donaldson for Assistant Girls Basketball. Arnold said that he is excited about the opportunity to be facing some of the best 1A teams in the state.
Morales said that he is excited to be coaching back where his soccer career started.
And coach Borah said that her first summer with the team was a successful one.
Official practices for fall sports will be starting on August 11th.
