The St. Elmo-Brownstown Lady Eagles flipped the script in 2024 rebounding from an 11-23 record during the 2023 season to go 23-12 in 2024. The Eagles went 6-3 in the regular season for the National Trail Conference to finish in third while going 5-0 in the Egyptian Illini Conference to grab the regular season title there. SEB then went straight sets through all three EIC Tournament games in the final week of the season to claim the title. After a big win over NTC rival South Central, SEB fell just short in the Regional semifinals to 34-5 Nokomis.
