All Area Team (In no particular order)
CHBC senior libero Birgen Schlanser – Schlanser had a breakout season in her final year, leading the team in digs with 435. Her 435 season digs would be 27th best in the State of Illinois across all four classes for the season. Schlanser also had a 97.2% serving percentage for the Bobcats. She finished the season being honored as First Team All-Conference in both the National Trail Conference and the Egyptian Illini Conference.
South Central libero Jalynn Mitchell – Mitchell led a steady defensive presence for the Lady Cougars with 334 digs on the season. She also led the team in aces with 34 while serving at 94.9% for the season. Mitchell was a First Team All-Conference honoree for the National Trail Conference.
SEB junior outside hitter Presley Williams – Williams led the Lady Eagles in kills with 171 and also tallied 118 digs and 12 blocks while putting together a 97.1% serving percentage with 18 aces. Williams was named First Team All-Conference for the Egyptian Illini Conference and was named Second Team All-Conference for the National Trail Conference.
CHBC senior middle hitter Kyleigh Wallace – Wallace led the Bobcats in both kills and blocks for the season, putting down 187 kills and racking up 53 blocks. Wallace also picked up 33 aces while putting together a 92.2% serving percentage for the season. Wallace was named First Team All-Conference in the Egyptian Illini Conference and was named Honorable Mention All-Conference for the National Trail Conference.
Altamont setter Makaylee Splechter – Splechter was a floor leader for the Lady Indians and accounted for 444 of Altamont’s 483 assists on the season. She also had 233 digs on the season to go along with 39 kills, 28 aces and 13 blocks. Splechter was named Second Team All-Conference for the National Trail Conference.
Vandalia senior outside hitter Livi Wehrle – Wehrle was again an offensive threat this season as she led the Lady Vandals in kills with 80 for the season. Wehrle also totaled 58 digs, 12 aces and 8 blocks. After the season, Wehrle signed to continue her volleyball career at Kaskaskia College.
SEB senior outside hitter/defensive specialist Cordelia Lytle – Lytle finished second on the Lady Eagles in digs with 240 and also finished with 39 kills and 30 aces with a 93.1% serving percentage. Lytle was named Second Team All-Conference in the Egyptian Illini Conference and was Honorable Mention for the National Trail Conference.
Altamont senior middle hitter/blocker Grace Lemke – Lemke was a dual offensive and defensive threat as she led the team in digs with 361 and also kills with 150. Lemke was second on the team in blocks with 32 and also had 12 aces and 10 blocks. Lemke was named First Team All-Conference for the National Trail Conference.
South Central senior setter Reagan Roberts – Roberts had her strongest offensive and defensive seasons her senior year amassing 315 assists while also recording 175 digs. Roberts finished with 68 kills, 24 aces and 13 blocks for the season. Roberts was named Second Team All Conference for the National Trail Conference.
Vandalia senior setter Kennedy Schaal – Schaal led the Lady Vandals in assists with 112. Schaal also recorded 33 digs, 12 aces, 10 blocks and 7 kills for the season.
Mulberry Grove senior outside hitter Jenni Mezo – Mezo led the Lady Aces in digs with 215 and kills with 60. Mezo had a 94.6% serving percentage with 23 aces. Mezo was named First Team All-Conference for the Egyptian Illini Conference.
Ramsey middle hitter/blocker Lillie Eddy – Eddy led the Lady Rams in kills with 186 while also totaling 45 digs, 43 aces, 16 blocks and 9 assists. Eddy was named First Team All-Conference for the Egyptian Illini Conference.
