The Vandalia Vandals got their summer shootouts underway on Monday going 1-3 competing against Carterville, Murphysboro, Triad and Woodlawn. Vandals coach Joe Vanzo said that it was nice to compete against some good teams. And, he was pleased to finish the day with a close win.
The Vandals wrap up their second day of their first shootout today when they take on St. Anthony, before getting the tournament portion of the shootout underway against Sullivan
