BSE’s Monnet Breaks Two of His Own School Records at St. Teresa Invite

Brownstown-St. Elmo senior thrower Trenten Monnet keeps re-writing the history books, breaking both of his own school records again at the Decatur St. Teresa meet over the weekend. Monnet had a best throw of 16.60 meters or 54’ 5.5” in the Shot Put to break his school record of 52’ 2.5” Monnet set earlier in the season at a meet in Vandalia. In the Discus, Monnet had a best toss of 53.96 meters of 177’ that broke his previous record of 169’ set in a meet earlier in the season at Teutopolis.
