CHBC baseball racked up 12 hits as they would get a dominant 16 to 1 win over Mulberry Grove at home on Tuesday. The Bobcats offense got off to a very quick start with eight first inning runs and added on one more run in the second inning to lead 9-0. Another big inning in the third led to six more runs in the third inning as CHBC put the game out of reach with a 15-0 lead. Mulberry Grove scored their first and only run in the top of the fourth inning to slightly cut into the Bobcat lead, 15-1. CHBC would score one run in the bottom of the fourth inning to trigger the run rule and close out the 16-1 win. CHBC moves to 6-14 on the season and will be off today before hosting Martinsville on Thursday.
