The South Central Cougars built up a pretty big early lead and hung on to get the NTC win over Neoga, 40 to 37.
South Central jumped out early, leading 17 to 6 after the 1st quarter and leading 25 to 18 at halftime. South Central would score just 15 second half points, but it was enough to pick up the NTC win.
For South Central, they are now 12-6 on the season. They will host CHBC on Friday.
