South Central got off to a quick start and Ramsey could not overcome early turnover trouble as the Cougars took down the Rams 90-25 on Monday night. South Central got an early jump as Ramsey couldn’t handle the full court press of the Cougars who led 25-11 after the first quarter. A 31-1 second quarter would have the Cougars out to a 56-12 lead at halftime. Ramsey would put a few more points on the board in the third quarter, but South Central continued their quick scoring to stretch their lead to 77-21 heading into the fourth quarter where a 13-4 Cougar run would close out the 90-25 win. South Central starts their season off at 1-0 while Ramsey is 0-1 to begin the campaign. Both teams will be right back in action tonight as Ramsey will face Father McGivney at 5:15pm while South Central will face Lebanon at 6:45pm.
