The seeds and the schedule for the 88th Annual Boys National Trail Conference Tournament at Altamont High School were released late last week. St. Anthony earned the top seed for the tournament, standing at 5-0 in conference play to this point. Altamont at 3-0 will the second seed followed by 3-3 Dieterich at #3 and 3-1 St. Elmo-Brownstown as the fourth seed. North Clay at 1-3 is the fifth seed as South Central (1-2) comes in as the sixth seed and Windsor Stew-Stras at 1-3 is the seventh seed. The field rounds out with Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City (1-3) given the #8 seed and Neoga (0-5) is the ninth seed. Tournament play will begin on Monday, January 22 at 6:15 with the play-in game between CHBC and Neoga with the quarterfinal games to be played on Tuesday, January 23 and Wednesday, January 24 followed by championship semifinals and consolation semifinals played on Thursday, January 25 and Friday, January 26. The tournament’s Championship day with the 7th place through Championship games on Saturday, January 27.
