The 2023 National Trail Conference All Conference Team and Coach of the Year honorees have been released with 11 I70Sports athletes and one coach being named to the list. Regular season and tournament runner up Altamont had five players named to the three teams while CHBC has three honorees, South Central has two and Brownstown-St. Elmo has one player on the list. Along with its five players to be named All-NTC, Altamont head coach Alan Whitt has been named as the NTC Baseball Coach of the Year. The full list of honorees is below:
