Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City boys basketball finished off the Dieterich Boys Holiday Tournament with a win, beating Arcola 57-30, to take 5th place and finish at 2-2 in tournament play. Kade Persinger led the Bobcats with 18 points and Jadon Robertson finished with 15 points to lead CHBC. The Bobcats are now 8-7 overall on the season. After playing two holiday tournaments in the last two and a half weeks, CHBC will take about a week and a half off and will then kick off the 2022 portion of the schedule on the road in an National Trail Conference clash at North Clay on January 7.
