Turn Back The Clock-Classic Call of the Week-Week 3

We turn back the clock better than 20 years this week as we roll back to December 29th of 2000.  The championship game of the Vandalia Holiday Tournament—the Pana Panthers and the South Central Cougars.

With 9 seconds remaining, Pana led by 1 and were at the free throw line……….

Zach Krustinger’s shot gave South Central their first title at the Vandalia Holiday Tournament, knocking off a Pana team that would go onto finish 2nd in the State Tournament that March.
