(Undated) — Only the top 22 teams will resume play in the NBA proposal to return to play this season. The Bulls are not among them. The 22-team model will be presented by commissioner Adam Silver to the league’s board of governors tomorrow. All games are expected to be played in the Orlando area without fans beginning at the end of July, with the Finals ending in October.
