>>Two NFL Cornerbacks Wanted On Armed Robbery Charges

(Miramar, FL)  —  A pair of NFL cornerbacks are wanted by Miramar Police in south Florida in connection to armed robbery charges.  Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar and Giants cornerback Deandre Baker allegedly stole money and watches while armed with semi-automatic weapons at a party.  Baker’s arrest warrant is for four charges of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm.  Dunbar is wanted for four counts of armed robbery with a firearm.

>>Former MLB-er, Ex-Yankees GM Watson Dies

(Houston, TX)  —  Baseball legend Bob Watson is dead at the age of 74.  His son told ESPN that he died from kidney disease in Houston yesterday.  Watson was a two-time All-Star for Hosuton during his 19-year career in the big leagues.  Watson later became the first African-American general manager to win a World Series when he guided the Yankees to a title in 1996.

>>Rays Ace Snell Says He Won’t Play For Reduced Salary

(Undated)  —  At least one major leaguer doesn’t plan on playing baseball for a reduced salary.  In a video posted to social media, Snell voiced his displeasure with the MLB’s proposed 50-50 revenue split on Twitch.  He said taking a pay cut with the risk of getting the coronavirus is “just not worth it.”

>>NBA Player Pay Cuts Beginning Today

(New York, NY)  —  NBA players will start experiencing reduced pay today.  All players are taking a 25-percent cut after a deal between the league and union.  ESPN reports LeBron James, Steph Curry and Kevin Durant are among a few who have already been paid in full and will have to pay back the reduction.

>>NASCAR Returns Sunday

(Darlington, SC)  —  NASCAR will be back on the track on Sunday.  There will be a series of Monster Energy Cup Series races taking place over the next couple of weeks, starting with Sunday’s race at Darlington.  A random draw based on charter points will determine the field order.
