(Champaign, IL) — The University of Illinois is recognizing volleyball standout Jacqueline Quade and basketball star Ayo Dosunmu. Both athletes were the recipients of the 2019-20 Dike Eddleman Awards, which are presented annually to the top Fighting Illini female and male athlete. Quade was AVCA All-America Honorable Mention and First-team All-Big Ten this past season. Dosunmu led Illinois to its most Big Ten wins since 2005 and the program’s first top-25 ranking in the final season poll since 2006.
