>>MLB Union Chief Clark Says No Plan Has Been Presented

(Undated)  —  It’s going to be a while before your favorite MLB team is playing baseball again.  Union chief Tony Clark tells ESPN that despite all of the ideas floating around, they have not received anything formal that details an actual plan to start the season.  Clark says health safety remains the priority.

>>Korea Baseball Organization Resumes Play

(Undated)  —  The Korea Baseball Organization is back.  The league returned to action Tuesday without fans.  Players’ temperatures are checked upon entering the stadium and umpires and base coaches are wearing masks.  Any positive test for COVID-19 will result in at least a three-week shutdown.

>>Jets Agree To One-Year Deal With RB Gore

(Florham Park, NJ)  —  The Jets are bringing in some veteran help for running back Le’Veon Bell.  Gang Green has agreed to a one-year deal with Frank Gore.  The soon-to-be 37-year-old ranks third on the NFL’s all-time rushing list.  Gore had 599 yards and two touchdowns with Buffalo last season.

>>Tua To Wear Number-One With Dolphins

(Miami, FL)  —  Rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will wear number-one with the Dolphins.  The former Alabama star wore number-13 while winning a national championship and Heisman Trophy with the Crimson Tide, but that number is retired in Miami for Dan Marino.

>>Nadal Ready To Scrap Tennis Season To Be Ready For 2021

(Madrid, Spain)  —  Tennis star Rafael Nadal [[ nah-DAHL ]] is ready to pack it in and look ahead to 2021.  The 33-year-old Spaniard says he had hoped to resume play this year, but would now rather scrap the rest of this season in order to be ready for 2021.  Nadal is a 19-time Grand Slam champion.
