(Las Vegas, NV) — The Las Vegas Raiders’ deal with cornerback Eli Apple is off. ESPN reports the two sides were unable to finalize a contract and Apple remains a free agent. The 24-year-old spent last season in New Orleans. He has three interceptions over 51 career games with the Giants and Saints.
