More All-State honors have been awarded to players in the I70Sports coverage area.
The Illinois Basketball Coaches Association recently released its All-State Teams for Class 1A and 2A.
In Class 1A, Brownstown-St. Elmo senior guard Claire Wilhour was named as a member of the IBCA All-State 2nd Team. This is the second year in a row that Wilhour has been named to IBCA’s 2nd Team All-State.
In Class 2A, two members of the Greenville Lady Comets earned honors. Greenville senior center Megan Hallemann was named to the IBCA All-State 3rd Team after being named as IBCA All-State Special Mention following her junior season last year. Senior guard Rylee Pickett made her first appearance on the list as the was named IBCA Special Mention.
