The Lady Vandals Bowling Team will advance as a team to the Sectionals after finishing 3rd at the Jerseyville Regional on Saturday. The team finished with a score of 5,214 with Collinsville taking 1st and Highland 2nd.
Individually, sophomore Madison Ferguson won her second consecutive Individual Regional Championship bowling a 1372, besting the second place finisher by 25 and the third place finisher by 81.
The Lady Vandals will now compete in the O’Fallon Sectional on Saturday, February 15. The competition will be held at St. Clair Bowl in Fairview Heights with competition beginning at 9am on Saturday morning.
