The Vandals wrestlers picked up their second straight sweep of a quad as they went 3-0 on Wednesday night at the Belleville East Quad. The Vandals shut out Roxana 78-0 in their first match before picking up a 74-4 win over Mascoutah and a 56-10 win over host Belleville East to complete the sweep. The Vandals are now 21-1 in dual team action this season and have won 6 straight since suffering their only loss of the season at the Abe’s Rumble.
The Vandals will be back in action this weekend at the Princeton Invitational Tournament, which is one of the premier individual wrestling tournaments in the state.
