
— This year is the 60th edition of the St. Elmo Holiday Tournament. It is one of the longer running holiday tournaments in the state.
— The tournament began in 1960 with Ramsey claiming the very first championship of the tournament and Mulberry Grove winning last year’s title.
— There have been 33 different teams compete in the tournament with 12 of those teams claiming championships throughout the years. (Altamont has most championships with 13)
— Mulberry Grove’s win in 2018 was their first title since 1997.
— Four of the teams in this year’s tournament have never won the championship (# years appearing): Patoka (7 years), CHBC (5 years), Cumberland (5 years), Windsor/Stew-Stras (2 years)
