South Central Shuts Out BSE Behind Aiden Dodson’s One-Hit Performance

South Central freshman pitcher Aiden Dodson held Brownstown-St. Elmo to just one hit as the Cougars picked up the 7-0 win on Tuesday at Lions Field. Dodson also had 10 strikeouts over 6 innings of work in the game. Jace McWhorter took the loss for BSE as he went 4 innings, giving up 5 runs on 2 hits and recording three strikeouts and 3 walks. South Central is now 10-2 on the season and will play in the North Clay Showcase on Saturday. BSE is 4-7 on the season and will play at Ramsey on Thursday.
