Lady Vandals Volleyball Goes 2-1, SEB 1-2 and Ramsey 0-3 in Pool Play at Montgomery County Invitational, Will Wrap Up Play on Saturday

Vandalia, St. Elmo-Brownstown and Ramsey completed pool play Friday night in the Montgomery County Invitational Tournament. Vandalia went 2-1 on the HOPE pool with wins over Morrisonville 25-16, 25-20 and Litchfield 25-22, 27-25, 15-3 and suffering their lone loss against Staunton 25-19, 25-14.

In the BEAT INAD pool, SEB went 1-2 picking up its lone pool win over Ramsey 25-21, 28-26 and falling to Lincolnwood 18-25, 12-25 and North Mac 25-18, 20-25, 11-15.

Ramsey went 0-3 in the BEAT INAD pool, falling to SEB 21-25, 26-28, to North Mac 11-25, 17-25 and to Lincolnwood 16-25, 7-25.

The tournament will wrap up on Saturday with play in the Gold, Silver, Bronze and Copper Flights.

Vandalia will play North Mac at 11am in the Silver Flight in the Lincolnwood Grade School Gym. The winner will move into the 5th Place match against the winner of Hillsboro and Auburn at 2pm.

SEB will play Morrisonville in the Bronze Flight at 11am in the Nokomis Grade School Gym. The winner of that game will then play the winner of Father McGivney and Nokomis in the 9th Place Game at 2pm.

Ramsey will play Litchfield in the Copper Flight at 11am in the Nokomis High School Gym. The winner of that game will then play the winner of Edinburg and Calvary in the 13th Place game at 2pm.
