
The Vandals win over Carlinville has helped propel them into the top 10 in the latest AP Class 3A football poll. After their 48 to 7 win over then-#6 Carlinville, the Vandals this week received 49 total points in the poll to come in at #9. The poll saw a major shake up with former #1 Byron and former #2 Eureka both losing in week 2. The Greenville Comets received one vote in the poll. Fellow SCC school Pana received 6 votes.
